Roses on Adeline was born from a lifelong passion for food and the communal joy it fosters. Inspired by experiences shared around the dinner table with family, our bar celebrates the multifaceted essence of food; it is an expression of love, art and connection that unites people from diverse backgrounds.

The vibrant atmosphere of restaurants and bars epitomize shared camaraderie, where strangers come together over delicious meals and lively conversations, forging bonds over the pleasures of food and drink. 

We are a local family with deep roots in South Berkeley and are excited to be a part of this neighborhood's growth, and hopefully become a cornerstone business here in the Adeline Corridor. 

Our dream is to bring more neighborhood and destination dining to Berkeley and the larger East Bay, and to be the change we want to see in the industry by cultivating an enjoyable and sustainable workplace.
